Congressional & Media Relations Intern

Michelle Cho is a Congressional and Media Relations Intern at NBR.
As a Congressional and Media Relations Intern, Ms. Cho assists in the research, writing, and delivery of Asia issues critical to U.S. policymakers and the media, while providing logistical support for congressional outreach and social media maintenance. She is a John Henry Wigmore Fellow at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she is pursuing her JD and LLM in International Human Rights. She recently published "Benefit Corporations in the United States and Community Interest Companies in the United Kingdom: Does Social Enterprise Actually Work?" in Northwestern’s Journal of International Law & Business.
Prior to her role at NBR, Ms. Cho interned for various legal organizations, including local public interest offices, state court of appeals, and a large international law firm. She earned her BA in International Development Studies and English from the University of California–Los Angeles and is fluent in Korean. In her free time, Ms. Cho enjoys perusing used bookstores and contemporary art museums.
