Clark S. Kinlin has served on NBR's Board of Directors since 2000. He is Vice President and General Manager of Corning International at Corning Incorporated. In this role he is responsible for sales, marketing, and business development operations around the world. Previously, Mr. Kinlin was senior vice president for sales and marketing for World Kitchen, Inc. (the former Corning Consumer Products Company). Prior to that, he spent ten years in Corning’s Telecommunications Products Division, where he was responsible for the optical communications business in Asia and Latin America. He was subsequently the sales and marketing manager for North American Fiber. Mr. Kinlin holds a B.S. from Kenyon College and an M.B.A. from Harvard University. He is Chairman of the Board of Eurokera, and is a Director of Samcor. He is also a Trustee of Elmira College.

Mr. Kinlin, his wife Ann Marie, and their three children reside in Corning, NY.
