Toshie Ando

Toshie Ando is Development Manager for the Center for Health and Aging (CHA).

Ms. Ando holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington. Before joining NBR, she worked as the Director of Operations for the Japan-America Society of the State of Washington. She lived in Tokyo, Japan, for 11 years.
