David M. Lampton is Hyman Professor (emeritus) at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (United States). His most recent book is Living U.S.-China Relations: From Cold War to Cold War (2024). Previously, he was president of the National Committee on United States–China Relations and chair of the Asia Foundation.
Kerry Brown is Professor of Chinese Studies and Director of the Lau China Institute at King’s College London (United Kingdom).
Jessica C. Teets is a Professor at Middlebury College (United States).
Yan C. Bennett is a Professorial Lecturer at George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs and Deputy Chair of Global Issues in the School of Professional and Area Studies at the Foreign Service Institute (United States). She is part-time faculty at the Syracuse University College of Law, Rutgers University, and the School of International Service at American University. Dr. Bennett holds a JD, an MA in international affairs, and a PhD in history.
Steve Tsang is Director of the China Institute at SOAS University of London (United Kingdom). He is also a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences and an Emeritus Fellow of St Antony’s College at Oxford.
Olivia Cheung is a Research Fellow of the China Institute at SOAS University of London (United Kingdom).
