U.S. China Policy at a Historic Juncture
On March 29, 2019, NBR’s Pyle Center for Northeast Asia Studies held a private roundtable in Seattle titled “U.S. China Policy at a Historic Juncture.” This exclusive event convened a select group of government, academic, and business leaders to address the evolution and strategic implications of U.S.-China competition, as well as the broader international and domestic contexts that affect U.S.-China relations. Ambassador Karl Eikenberry and Congressman Adam Smith delivered keynote addresses. The discussion emphasized economic, security, and ideological concerns.
