Jonathon Marek is a Senior Project Manager for Technology and Geoeconomic Affairs at NBR. In this role, he supports the Center’s work on digital trade governance, intellectual property, 5G, supply chains, and other trade and economic strategy topics in Asia.
Jonathon is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, where he majored in international political economy with a Chinese minor and Asian studies certificate. His academic interests include the role of economic statecraft in grand strategy; the intersection of technology, trade, and national security; and the political economy of trade policy.
