On February 20, 2020, Isaac Kardon testified before the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission at the hearing on “China’s Military Power Projection and U.S. National Interests.” Kardon is a 2019 Fellow in the National Asia Research Program organized by NBR and the Institute for National Strategic Studies at the National Defense University. He is also an Assistant Professor at the U.S. Naval War College, where he is a core member of the China Maritime Studies Institute.
