On July 8, 2020, NBR held a Chairman’s Council Virtual Roundtable Discussion with Ambassador Karl Eikenberry and NBR senior fellow Nadège Rolland on the divergent security interests and approaches of the United States and China in South and Central Asia as China continues to expand its Belt and Road Initiative.
