Shattering Glass Ceilings across Oceans

On March 8, 2021, NBR held its first annual casual coffee conversation for International Women’s Day 2021 with NBR vice president for philanthropy Jennifer Li Dotson moderating. Women were invited to share their experiences breaking boundaries and shattering glass ceilings across oceans. As women who have succeeded in challenging careers, they were a great source of inspiration for each other and the younger women who joined in!

The half-hour discussion was shaped around three questions:

• Has there been a time when you were the only woman in the room?
• Who has been your most important mentor, and how have they lifted you up?
• Take Action: What will you do today that will #ChooseToChallenge?
