Roundtable with Tadashi Maeda

On August 23, 2023, the National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR) Chairman’s Council held a roundtable discussion with Tadashi Maeda, chairman of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) and special advisor to the Cabinet of the Government of Japan. Chairman Maeda provided remarks outlining the scope of JBIC’s work and its efforts to expand into new domains and to collaborate with likeminded partners. Following his remarks, NBR President Roy Kamphausen moderated a discussion with roundtable attendees.
