Key Issues in the Indo-Pacific for the 118th Congress
The United States faces a broader set of global challenges today than at any other time in its history. The 118th Congress must contend with the long-standing threats to international stability as well as novel threats to freedom and sovereignty posed by emerging technologies. The National Bureau of Asian Research has curated this series of briefs to inform the new Congress on significant and emerging challenges to U.S. interests at home and abroad. Each of the briefs synthesizes insights from NBR’s research programs to succinctly explain a key issue and offer options for Congress to respond.
