A Business Perspective

On March 2, 2011, NBR’s Slade Gorton Policy Center hosted a roundtable discussion on the future of the U.S.-China economic relationship titled “The U.S.-China Economic Outlook: A Business Perspective” with featured guest, John Connors and moderated by former U.S. Senator Slade Gorton. Attending the event were local business leaders, non-profit executives, congressional staff members, and students.

Mr. Connors joined Ignition as a partner in 2005. Prior to joining Ignition, he spent sixteen years at Microsoft Corporation in several strategic roles including as senior vice president of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer from 2000 to 2005. Mr. Connors is also a Member of the American Enterprise Institute National Council and serves on the Board of Directors of the Washington Policy Center.
